Stock motor is capable of 600rwhp at least. I won't be running 600+rwhp on every day basis. I think the condition and miles on the stock motor make a difference in high horsepower scenarios, this is why I went with a brand new block instead of a rebuilt one. I'll be putting a big effort in tuning. I also invested in a couple of EGT guages and the car will be on the XS dyno as soon as its broken in along with a couple other mods. This is all more of an experiment for me, I want to see what I can do with the stock motor. BTW even JWT has built some *over* 800hp Zs on stock bottom end, for some of our brown friends over in the desert. :-).
